I don’t for the life of me know why Tina Peters is still in jail. The President has issued her a full pardon. Maybe Colorado has attention deficit disorder?

Why can’t Colorado learn to pay attention?

Oh yeah. It is suffering from an epidemic of TDS.

It was an abomination that Tina Peters was ever indicted. She’s a hero. I mean heroine (she/her to the core).

So, maybe it’s true that Donald Trump tried to steal the 2020 election, but he tried to do it fair and square. Getting a mob to storm the Capitol is a totally legitimate procedure…under the right circumstances. Going into court with no evidence to support claims of election fraud is likewise entirely appropriate…for some attorneys (especially members of the bar that are impervious to concerns about losing their licences). Doing it sixty times only demonstrated the resolve of Donald J. Trump and his adherents. Remember, if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.

And, by the way, isn’t it clear that the re-election of Donald J. Trump to the Presidency in 2024 was tantamount to a full pardon for him? When you think about it, the word pardon is insufficient. It was total exoneration. Proof of innocence beyond a reasonable doubt by a jury comprising all American voters.

And if the principal is innocent, how can his agents be guilty of anything?

Free them all.

Of course, the President has freed most of them. 

Some may protest, claiming the President of the United States has no jurisdiction to issue a pardon to a criminal convicted solely under state law. You might further note that the District Attorney in the case against Tina Peters is a Republican and that Tina was convicted by a jury of her peers. Finally, you may believe that interfering with the legitimate results of an election is un-American.

Well, being right isn’t everything, is it?
